Please Note: This policy is subject to change at any time without notice. To make sure you are aware of any changes, please review this policy periodically.

If you receive a product with damaged packaging from a courier partner, do not receive it, so that the liability does not shift to you.We will handle returns and exchanges for all the items that come to you with intact packaging.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Need a different size or product? Avail for a hassle-free doorstep pickup. We will process store credits once the return/exchange item passes inspection. The store credits can only be used at ambikacyclestores.com.

RETURN PICKUP & SHIPPING OPTIONS

There are two simple ways to return products

1.     Doorstep Pickup: We offer a return pickup service in most locations across India. A ₹250 pickup charge will be deducted from the store credit. Service availability is subject to updates from our courier partners.

2.     Self Ship: If you would prefer to ship the product back to us or if we don’t offer a reverse pickup at your pin-code, you can courier the item back to our warehouse.

 

To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, please make sure of the following

·       Products must be unused, unwashed and in re-sellable condition.

·       Products must be in their original condition with all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact.

·       Packaging should not be damaged, broken, opened or tampered with.

·       You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

·       All promotional items shipped along with the purchased item must be returned as well.

·       All products are to be securely packed to ensure there are no damages or loss of parts during transit.

In case of

·       Functioning defect (eg. - pump not working), email us within 48 hours after receiving the product/s.

·       A wrong item is received, email us within 48 hrs.

·       Damaged item (missing/broken part), email us within 48 hrs.

·       Size issue, email us within 48 hours. If the desired size is not available then get store credit. Size is considered wrong only if it does not match the description on the site. Read the size chart carefully before ordering. Only in case, a wrong size has been sent we shall accept returns. We do not accept returns if the product sent is of the correct size as mentioned while ordering but doesn’t fit the customer.

·       Cancellation, you may do so if it is not shipped yet and get store credit.

Please note that in case of Return/Exchange, if applicable then Store credit shall be given. We have a strict NO Cash/Card/ UPI Return Policy once sold. Only Store credit will be provided if a return is accepted.

All exchanges/store credit etc. will be processed after the item is received by us, the issue is seen as valid and the product is deemed to be in a resellable condition.

RETURN PROCESS

·       Write an email to ambikacyclestores@gmail.com to Initiate a Return.

·       Once the Return has been Approved - a Pickup will be Arranged from Your Location If you have opted for Doorstep Pickup or the Return Address will be shared with you so that you can send in the item to our warehouse.

·       Upon receipt of your item, we will thoroughly inspect and run the Quality Check(QC) of the Product(s). If QC is approved, you shall receive the Store Credit for same.

·       In case of QC Failed, Product will be shipped back to your Address at your cost.

RETURN INSTRUCTION:

CONDITION of the Item sent back must ;

  • Have the tags still attached to the product as before
  • Have original, unripped packaging (the courier bag may be ripped)
  • Be in resellable condition
  • Unused, unworn, unwashed

Before handing over the product to the courier company, item(s) should be packed properly using the original packaging to ensure the item does not suffer any transit damage which could lead to a rejection of the return.

EXCLUSIONS

The following product categories cannot be Returned or Exchanged - Bicycles, Trainers, Wheels, Floor Pumps, Frame sets, Forks/Suspensions, Work Stands, Tool Kits, Car Racks, Wetsuits, Nutrition items, Bike Cases/Bags, Sunglasses , Smartwatches , Spokes , Nipples , Pannier Racks , Display Stands, Small parts, Spare Parts, Shimano items, also
intimate-use items like Cycling Apparels - Shorts, Socks, Shoes, Jerseys and Gloves.

ITEMS ON SALE/OFFER/DISCOUNT ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE IN ANY CASE.

Refurbished Items cannot be Returned or Exchanged.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for products sent back to us without a confirmation or approval from us to initiate a return of the product back to our warehouse.

WARRANTY

Ambika Cycle Stores/AOL India does not provide any warranty.

Warranties given by the respective brands shall be offered to you. Please note that different brands have different warranty periods.

If you report an issue after receiving the item/product which may be categorised as warranty issue then you are required to contact the brand directly or connect with their official representatives in India for direct resolution of the problem. We will offer our assistance in this regard.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with a Bontrager aftermarket purchase, return the item, along with the original sales receipt to the original place of purchase within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Think of it as a 30-day test ride.

This guarantee includes Bontrager aftermarket components, clothing and accessories. Bontrager OE (original equipment) componentry sold as part of a bicycle is excluded. Used items must be cleaned for a return. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered, we will return it to you at your expense.

Carbon Care Wheel Loyalty Programme

If you damage a Bontrager carbon wheel while riding within the first two years of ownership, we will replace or repair it for free*. It’s that simple. This coverage applies to Bontrager carbon wheels that come as standard on bikes as well as aftermarket wheel purchases.

Bontrager Warranty

At Bontrager, we stand behind our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a limited warranty that covers defects in workmanship and materials for Bontrager and Trek branded products. Visit your local authorised retailer to get started.

The warranty covers only Bontrager and Trek products. Any products not explicitly outlined here are omitted.

This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper assembly
  • Corrosion
  • Improper maintenance
  • Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold
  • Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Labour charges for part replacement or changeover
  • Non-proprietary products (any other original part or component) covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty

This warranty applies to:

• Parts and accessories purchased after 1 August 2019.

This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item at the manufacturer’s discretion. This warranty extends from the original date of purchase. Trek and Electra are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages unless prohibited by local laws. Claims made outside the country of original purchase may be subject to fees and additional restrictions. Warranty duration and detail may vary by country. The English version of the warranty shall prevail.
